Grant A. Hafner, President/Owner

Hafner Construction, Inc. is a general contracting company located in North Georgia. We are focused on providing customers with the highest level of satisfaction in residential new construction, remodeling, and light commercial projects.  Our mission is to deliver a quality product in a timely manner, and to provide full value for a reasonable fee. We offer the customer an excellent finished product, paying close attention to detail both structurally and aesthetically. Our best marketing tool is our reputation therefore we strive for excellence. We pride ourselves on creating innovative ideas and building relationships with our customers.

In 2004, Grant began working for Hedgewood Properties as a Project Manager where he contributed greatly on several Georgia residential developments, in the cities of Cumming, Norcross, and Woodstock. Grant excelled on the job all the while continuing his education at Southern Polytechnic University with a Major in Construction Management.

In 2008, Grant acquired his General Contractor’s license, and started Hafner Construction, Inc. Over the past 6 years, Hafner Construction has successfully completed over 100 residential and commercial projects ranging in size and scope from small bath and kitchen renovations, basement build outs, entire home remodels, new home construction and ground up commercial projects.

Grant is also a builder for Luxe Properties, Inc. Grant has built over 20 custom homes in Vickery, Cumming, GA, as well as in the Buckhead-Atlanta area.
